Ordered two bottles. Finished one but the other one was broken. Unfortunately I am past the return window (purchased several months ago). Bottles are made of glass so better check when these are first received. Update: contacted Garden of Life and they were gracious enough to send me a one time courtesy bottle to replace the broken one.Good vitamins to take at least until Johnson & Johnson - who recently aquired it - changes the formula...then I'll be looking for something else.These were recommended by my coworker who only eat organic things. He introduced me to them one day and once I got them I immediately started taking them. After the second day of me taking them I want to say around 11am ( I usually take them around 7am) I used the bathroom. HONESTLY THAT WAS THE BEST bowl movement I've ever had. I could literally feel my body releasing it all. I felt lighter and happier and THIS IS A TRUE TESTIMONY. I am not affiliated with the brand but I tell EVERYONE about these vitamins.My fault for not checking the label for Iron. For this amount of money should be in a capsule. Ineffective amounts of additional ingredients.I like the high-quality ingredients.overall a good productI've been using them for several years and they work for me. I like the fact that they are organic, food-based. Some minerals are not included in the supplement. It's hard to find a complete, trustworthy supplement. This one is almost there.Good productThis is a great product, admittedly, it’s hard to affirm that a multivitamins are actually working. Having said that, I do experience better health, my nails and hair grow surprisingly quick now. The main reason for purchasing this product over other similar types, is because only real and natural ingredients are used. No synthetic vitamins; it’s gentle on our stomachs too (we purchase both men’s and women’s multi). We choose twice a day over one a day, as the body will work to remove any excess, so by using one tablet am and another pm, we have a steady flow of vitamins and minerals in our blood all day. We have purchased this product for many months now, and will continue, while we can afford it!Have bean a vegetarian for almost 10 years, started taking the vitamins, and woke up with massive boners on day one. Too early to tell if they are good or not.
